Shimla, Dec 21 (Inditop.com) A sunny day across lower and mid-hills of Himachal Pradesh Monday brought some relief from the cold wave, the Met office said.

The maximum temperature in Shimla was recorded at 16 degrees Celsius, a rise from Sunday’s 13.5 degrees. The town witnessed a sunny day, said the Met office.

Similarly, Sundernagar town registered the maximum temperature of 21.1 degrees Celsius, whereas Bhuntar and Dharamsala towns recorded 16.2 degrees and 20.8 degrees respectively.

However, Shimla registered the minimum temperature of 4.5 degrees Celsius, while Sundernagar and Bhuntar recorded minus 1.3 degrees and minus 0.5 degrees respectively.
