New Delhi, Sep 2 (IANS) It was a hot, humid morning in Delhi Friday with the Met office predicting thundershowers in some parts of the city later in the day.

‘The skies will remain partly cloudy with possibility of thundershowers in some parts of the city,’ an India Meteorological Department (IMD) official said.

The minimum temperature settled at 29 degrees Celsius, three notches above the average for this time of the year. The maximum is expected to hover around 36 degrees.

Humidity was recorded at 74 percent.

The maximum and minimum temperatures Thursday settled at 36.7 and 28.7 degrees respectively.
