New Delhi, July 18 (Inditop.com) The weatherman predicted light rain in the capital Saturday, and sweating Delhiites hoped the met office prediction would not be belied.
“The maximum temperature recorded was 38.4 degrees Celsius, three notches above average, while the minimum temperature recorded was 28.8 degrees Celsius, two degrees above average,” an official at the meteorological department said.
The humidity level was recorded at 85 percent.
“The sky will remain partly cloudy and light rain can be expected during the day,” said the official.
