New Delhi, Dec 2 (IANS) The capital Friday witnessed a warm and sunny day with the maximum temperature recorded at 27.6 degrees Celsius — three notches above average. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast similar weather Saturday.
While the minimum temperature settled at 12.2 degrees, again three notches above average, humidity wavered between a high of 95 and low of 55 percent.
‘Similar weather conditions are likely to prevail Saturday. There will be mist in the morning and the sky will remain clear throughout the day,’ an IMD official said.
The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to hover around 28 and 14 degrees respectively.
