New Delhi, April 5 (IANS) The city experienced a sunny, warm Saturday as the maximum temperature settled a notch above the season’s average at 35 degrees Celsius. The Met office has forecast similar weather Sunday but rain may occur in the night.

“The sky will remain clear tomorrow (Sunday) with mist in the morning. The day would be warm. Thundery development could occur in some areas in the evening and night,” said an official of the India Meteorological Department.
The maximum and minimum temperatures are expected to hover around 36 and 19 degrees Celsius.
Saturday’s minimum temperature was a notch above the season’s average at 19.6 degrees Celsius.
Friday’s maximum temperature settled at 32.2 degrees Celsius, a notch below the season’s average and the minimum temperature recorded at 17.8 degrees Celsius, a notch below the season’s average.
