New Delhi, Feb 5 (IANS) It was a warm Wednesday in the national capital with the maximum temperature recorded three notches above the season’s average at 24.8 degrees Celsius. The Met office has forecast a cloudy Thursday.

“There might also be spells of rain in some parts of the city towards noon,” said an official of the India Meteorological Department.
The day’s minimum temperature settled three notches above the season’s average at 11.8 degrees Celsius. The humidity wavered between a high and low of 95 and 38 percent, respectively.
According to the Northern Railway, a total of 18 trains were late, 10 were rescheduled and three were cancelled Wednesday.
The maximum and minimum temperature Thursday are likely to hover around 26 and 11 degrees Celsius, respectively.
Tuesday’s maximum temperature settled at 25.7 degrees Celsius, three notches above the season’s average, while the minimum temperature was 10.8 degrees Celsius, two notches above the season’s average.
