Aligarh, April 10 (Inditop.com) A first information report (FIR) has been registered against four Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) officials and some journalists for breaching the privacy of gay varsity teacher S.R. Siras, who was found dead on Wednesday, police said Saturday.

Siras was filmed in a consensual homosexual act with a rickshaw puller in his room in the AMU premises and was suspended from the university in February for “gross misconduct”. He had filed a case against the AMU officials and some journalists for violating his privacy.
