Shimla, July 15 (Inditop.com) Two students of a Himachal Pradesh college have been booked for ragging their junior, police said Wednesday.
The police swung into action after Surya Chandel, a first-year student of a government college in Bilaspur town, alleged that two seniors ragged him along with two outsiders Monday, Superintendent of Police Kuldip Sharma said.
