New Delhi, April 26 (Inditop.com) The Supreme Court Monday held as unconstitutional the ouster of former Punjab chief minister Captain Amarinder Singh from the state assembly on charges of corruption.
A five-judge constitution bench headed by Chief Justice K.G. Balakrishnan ordered forthwith the restoration of Amarinder Singh’s membership of the present assembly.
