Bangalore, May 16 (Inditop) According to the latest trends in Karnataka, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is leading in 17 seats, Congress in seven and Janata Dal-Secular (JD-S) in three. The Congress has wrested the Mysore Lok Sabha seat from the BJP, in the first result declared in the state.
Congress nominee A.H. Vishwanath defeated BJP’s C.H. Vijayashankar by a margin of 7,691 votes, poll panel officials said.
