New Delhi, May 11 (Inditop.com) The Delhi High Court Tuesday questioned the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) over the bail plea of Medical Council of India (MCI) chief Ketan Desai who was arrested on corruption charges April 22.
Justice S.L. Bhayana asked the CBI to file its response by June 3.
Desai allegedly accepted a bribe of Rs.2 crore for granting recognition to a private medical college in Punjab.
