New Delhi, July 2 (IANS) It was a warm and sunny Thursday in Delhi as the maximum temperature settled three notches above the season’s average at 38.9 degrees Celsius. The Met Office forecast similar weather on Friday.
“The sky will remain partly cloudy tomorrow (Friday)… the maximum and minimum temperatures will hover around 40 and 27 degrees Celsius,” said an official of the India Meteorological Department.
Thursday morning was sunny and the minimum temperature settled at 27 degrees Celsius, a notch below the season’s average.
The day’s maximum humidity was recorded at 67 percent.
Wednesday’s maximum temperature was recorded at 37.8 degrees Celsius, two notches above the season’s average, while the minimum was 25 degrees Celsius, three notches below the season’s average.
