New Delhi, Dec 4 (IANS) Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit Wednesday said the Congress fought the assembly election with confidence.

“We have fought the election with confidence,” Dikshit told reporters here.
Asked if she was nervous, she said “no”.
The three-term Delhi chief minister said her party had constantly worked for Delhi’s development.
“There has been constant and inclusive development. (The opposition) make casual comments about corruption, which is totally wrong,” she said.
Dikshit also said a high voter turnout was expected Wednesday.
“We have heard the polling is going at a good pace. The whole day lies ahead, people will come out. The voting percentage has been high in other state elections as well, it shows people have started taking more interest in democracy,” she said.
However, when asked to flash a victory symbol by some camera persons, Dikshit said: “It will be premature right now.”
