Chennai, Feb 11 (Inditop.com) Overseas Indian Affairs Minister Vayalar Ravi was Thursday admitted in the Madras Medical Mission hospital here.

Ravi, who met with a road accident in Liberian capital Monrovia last week while on an official visit, was initially treated at the John F.Kennedy Hospital there. He was then air-lifted to Abidjan in Ivory Coast, from where he was was flown back to India in a special Indian Air Force flight.

While an official of the Madras Medical Mission confirmed to Inditop that Ravi was admitted around 6 p.m., no senior doctor was available to comment on his health condition.
