Sydney, Dec 30 (Inditop.com) Australia stays committed to competing in the Commonwealth Games in New Delhi.

A British media report Wednesday claimed that England may pull out of the Games due to security concerns.

However, the chief of Australia’s Commonwealth Games team, Perry Crosswhite, said Australia was comfortable with the level of security in the Indian capital.

“Everything is on track and I have nothing new to change our view to go there,” Crosswhite told reporters Wednesday.

“We will take the best advice we can get and at this stage it (security) is adequate.

“I have not had one athlete, one manager, one coach — no one has contacted me with the view that they shouldn’t be going. We don’t want to force athletes to go, they have to make their own decision, but no one has raised it so far.”
