Istanbul, June 6 (Inditop) Ferrari’s Felipe Massa Saturday set the pace in the free practice for Sunday’s Turkish Grand Prix.

The Brazilian posted a time of 1:27.983 minutes for the 5.338 kilometre-long Istanbul Park course, beating Toyota’s Jarno Trulli.

The second Toyota of German Timo Glock had the third-fastest time.

World championship leader Jenson Button, who has won five races so far this season, posted the seventh-fastest time in his BrawnGP.

The starting grid for Sunday’s race will be determined later Saturday in the qualifying session.

Ahead of the seventh race of the season Button has 51 points, while his Brazilian team-mate Rubens Barrichello is second on 35 points ahead of German Red Bull driver Sebastian Vettel who has 28 points.
