London, July 16 (Inditop.com) Carlos Tevez’s transfer to Manchester City might have cleared the Agrentine’s ownership doubts, but the identity of the “mysterious overseas consortium” that used to handle the player’s financial rights at Manchester United still remain under wraps.

The Guardian reported that Football Association is well aware of the “mysterious overseas consortium”, which is represented by London millionaire of Iranian origin Kia Joorabchian, because of all the transfer registrations and fees used to go through it.

The newspaper said that FA was not in place to make public the details of the parties involved in transfers or the fees paid for reasons of commercial confidentiality.
