Ujjain police have apprehended Md Salim, an autorickshaw driver, for filming and disseminating a rape video on social media from an incident on September 4. With a prior criminal record, Salim is being investigated for his possible direct involvement in the crime. He faces charges under several sections of the IT Act for creating and distributing obscene content.
