A thief entered Marathi film director Swapna Joshi’s sixth-floor flat in Andheri, scaling a drainage pipe. He rummaged through rooms, stealing Rs 6,000 before being spotted by the director’s son-in-law, who chased him away. The incident, captured on CCTV, deeply disturbed Joshi, prompting her to file a police complaint and install safety grilles.
