The Delhi High Court has ordered the formation of a high-level committee to reassess the administrative and physical infrastructure of Delhi, following the deaths of three UPSC aspirants in a flooded basement coaching center. The case has been transferred to the CBI for a transparent investigation, overseen by the Central Vigilance Commission.
