Congress will soon clarify whether wrestler Vinesh Phogat will contest the Haryana elections. After discussing 49 names, the party’s central election committee cleared 34, while further discussion continues. For J&K elections, the party released its second list of six candidates and is cooperating with National Conference, contesting 32 and 51 seats respectively.
