Delhi Police apprehended five more individuals related to the deaths at Rau’s IAS Study Circle’s submerged basement. This brings the total arrests to seven. The MHA formed a committee to investigate the incident, and the fire department plans to revoke the building’s NOC. The arrested driver reportedly drove an SUV at high speed, causing the basement flooding.
