A live cockroach was removed from a 23-year-old man’s small intestine at Fortis Hospital in New Delhi using advanced endoscopic techniques. The patient, who had consumed street food, experienced severe abdominal pain for three days. Quick intervention by doctors prevented life-threatening complications. The procedure lasted 10 minutes, successfully extracting the insect.
