Manoj Kathuria, accused of causing a flood leading to the deaths of three students in Old Rajender Nagar, denied any intent or knowledge of their presence. He claimed his vehicle’s speed was manageable. The Delhi court sent him and four others to judicial custody till August 12, pending their bail plea hearing.
