Manorama Khedkar, the mother of former probationary IAS officer Puja Khedkar, received bail in a case of criminal intimidation linked to a land dispute. She was arrested after a viral video showed her with a pistol during a confrontation. She was arrested on July 12. Puja Khedkar is also facing allegations including misuse of quotas and identity manipulation in her civil service exam candidacy.
