An FIR was registered against an imam in Moradabad for refusing to offer funeral prayers for a 72-year-old BJP worker, Alidad Khan, who recently passed away. The imam allegedly refused because of the family’s political affiliations, with BJP. Alidad’s son filed a complaint, accusing Samajwadi Party workers of influencing the incident and pressuring him to withdraw the case.
