CBI has accused former RG Kar principal Sandip Ghosh of willfully being absent from the crime scene and tampering with evidence in a rape-murder case. Investigators suspect he was taking orders from someone else, suggesting a larger conspiracy. He is currently in custody along with Tala OC Abhijit Mandal for further investigation.
