The Tis Hazari court on Tuesday granted the Delhi Police three days of custody to interrogate Bibhav Kumar, an aide to Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal. Metropolitan Magistrate Gaurav Goyal ordered Kumar to remain in police custody until May 31. Kumar is accused of assaulting AAP Rajya Sabha member Swati Maliwal at the Chief Minister’s official residence on May 13.
