Justice Sanjiv Khanna was sworn in as the 51st Chief Justice of India on Monday, succeeding Justice DY Chandrachud. Known for his role in significant Supreme Court rulings, including those related to electoral bonds, Article 370, and EVMs, Justice Khanna’s term will continue until May 13, 2025.
