A Mumbai resident filed a police complaint against Amazon, claiming he received tea cups instead of a Rs 55k Tecno Phantom V Fold 5G smartphone. The customer, Amar Chavan, alleged inadequate customer support from the e-tailer. This follows another incident where a Bengaluru woman discovered a snake in her Amazon package.
