Nahoum & Sons, a 122-year-old bakery in Kolkata, has removed chicken items from its menu due to the unavailability of kosher chicken. The shop has also reverted to Jewish traditions, closing on Saturdays and Jewish holidays. This decision was made by the fourth-generation owner, Adam Nahoum, who resides in Israel.
