The Hague, Feb 1 (IANS) On the final day of the January transfer window, Dutch football league leaders Ajax announced that they had loaned Danny Hoesen to Greek club PAOK until the end of this season.

The Greek side also obtained an option to buy the 23-year-old striker, who was signed by Ajax in mid-2012, reports Xinhua.
Hoesen scored seven goals in 32 league matches for Ajax. He also produced a goal in Ajax’s 2-1 win over FC Barcelona in the Champions League.
Second placed Vitesse managed to get some attacking reinforcements this month with Bertrand Traore (on loan from Chelsea), Zakaria Labyad (on loan from Sporting Lisbon) and Uros Djurdjevic (on loan from Rad Belgrade).
They also recalled goalkeeper Eloy Room who was on loan at Go Ahead Eagles.
Vitesse, though, lost Gael Kakuta. The 22-year-old French winger, who is owned by Chelsea, was loaned to Lazio for the remainder of the season.
