Islamabad, July 2 (IANS) China’s achievements are ‘a source of pride and inspiration for Pakistan’, President Asif Ali Zardari has said in a message to mark the 90th anniversary of the Communist Party of China.
Zardari is currently on a visit to London.
China’s success is a testimony to its leadership’s vision and the hard work of its people, Associated Press of Pakistan quoted Zardari as saying in a statement.
Zardari’s message to Chinese President Hu Jintao said: ‘China’s achievements are a source of pride and inspiration for Pakistan. China’s continued success is a testimony to the commitment and vision of its leadership and the hard work and discipline of its people.’
‘As friends and neighbours, we in Pakistan view this success as a positive force for peace and stability in the region and beyond,’ it added.
