Beijing, Feb 2 (IANS) Chinese stocks opened mixed on Tuesday, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index down 0.03 percent at 2,687.98 points.
The smaller Shenzhen index opened 0.11 percent higher at 9,332.69 points, Xinhua news agency reported.
The ChiNext Index, tracking China’s NASDAQ-style board of growth enterprises, gained 0.2 percent to open at 1,996.59 points.
