Tokyo, Jan 13 (DPA) Honda has given the CR-V a design makeover and cleaner engines for the 2010 model and linked the 2.2 I DTEC diesel motor with an automatic transmission for the first time.
The latest CR-V distinguishes itself with a restyled bumper, modified grille and ten-spoke light alloy wheels. The Executive version has the bumper and wheel arches painted in the vehicle
colour.
The 2.2 i-DTEC in the manual version has an output of 110 kW/150 hp with a fuel consumption listed at 6.5 litres per 100 kilometres which translates to a carbon dioxide emission figure of 171 grammes per kilometre. Optionally the vehicle is available also with an automatic transmission.
The 2.0-VTEC petrol-engined version has the same output with a consumption of 8.2 litres per 100 kilometres and a carbon dioxide emission of 190 g/km.
