Islamabad, Aug 28 (IANS) A gunfight was raging Saturday morning between militants and security forces near the US consulate in Pakistan’s Peshawar city, Xinhua reported.
The firing broke out around 6.00 a.m. and is still on. Troops have surrounded an intelligence building which the militants have entered.
No further details were immediately available.
