Toronto, July 17 (IANS) A small plane with six people on board crashed in Canada’s Quebec province Friday, killing four and injuring the other two.

Due to bad weather, the pilot was trying to land the plane near a lake in Maria-Chapdelaine region, north of Lac Saint-Jean, when the accident occurred, Xinhua reported citing the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC).

A helicopter from a Canadian Forces Base (CFB) in Bagotville, Quebec, rushed to the scene and shifted the injured to a hospital, police said.
