Moscow, April 10 (Inditop.com/RIA Novosti) Human error was most likely to blame for the crash of the Polish president’s aircraft, a Russian security source said Saturday.
The plane crashed in western Russia, killing 132 people on board, including President Lech Kaczynski and his wife.
“A mistake by the crew during landing maneuvers has supposedly caused the crash,” the source told RIA Novosti requesting anonymity. There has been no official reaction on what caused the crash.
