Islamabad, Jan 11 (IANS) Pakistan’s foreign office Friday summoned Indian envoy Sharat Sabharwal and lodged a protest over “unprovoked Indian firing” on the Jammu and Kashmir border, Radio Pakistan reported.

Sabharwal was told that New Delhi should adhere to the 2003 ceasefire in place along the Line of Control (LoC) that divides Kashmir between the two countries, the state-run radio said.
The Pakistani military Thursday said that Indian shelling from Jammu and Kashmir killed a Pakistani soldier.
Earlier, Pakistan accused Indian troops of killing one of its soldiers. Indian officials charged Pakistani troops with sneaking into Jammu and Kashmir and killing and beheading two Indian soldiers.
