Islamabad, July 7 (IANS) An export processing zone will be established in Islamabad, said Deputy Prime Minister Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi.
Elahi said Friday that Islamabad Export Processing Zone would be established soon to facilitate investors, bring in new technology and know-how, and attract foreign investment into the country, reported Associated Press of Pakistan.
Talking to a delegation of Islamabad Chamber of Commerce, Elahi said that the business community has always played a significant role in progress and prosperity of the country.
