London, June 1 (IANS) Socialite Kim Kardashian is busy reading philosophy, so she can impress her rapper-boyfriend Kanye West.
Kardashian is reading West’s favourite 19th century philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche.
“Kim’s desperate to show Kanye she’s not some kind of bimbo, so she’s reading up on Nietzsche as Kanye says he’s a huge inspiration of his,” the sun.co.uk quoted a source as saying.
The 31-year-old is also keeping herself updated with current affairs in order to be more knowledgeable, femalefirst.co.uk added.
“She’s making sure she reads the papers and the news every day and has downloaded the CNN app (application) on her phone to keep up to the minute,” the source added.
Kardashian and West have been dating for some months after the former ended her 72-day marriage with basketball player Kris Humphries in October 2011.
