London, July 2 (IANS) Singer Lily Allen ended her break from music with a cameo appearance on stage at the Stone Roses concert.
She joined rapper Professor Green during his performance at Manchester’s Heaton Park.
Following the show, Allen posted on Twitter.
“No Professor Green was not swinging a cat around on stage (at Heaton Park). That was me trying to sing. loved it, thanks Manchester,” she posted.
She announced in 2010 that she was taking an indefinite break from music to concentrate on starting a family with her then-boyfriend Sam Cooper.
They wed June last year and 27-year-old gave birth to daughter Ethel in November, but in April 2012 she was in a recording studio working on new tracks.
