London, April 1 (IANS) A rehab worker who accused Lindsay Lohan of assaulting her last year has voiced her anger on learning the actress won’t be charged over the alleged altercation, saying she doesn’t ‘believe it’s fair’.

Dawn Holland claimed Lohan lashed out at her in December at the Betty Ford Center in California, where the ‘Mean Girls’ star was serving three months of court-ordered treatment.

‘…I chose to not cooperate with them, and yes, I do take some part in that. But the bottom line to it is that… there was a battery… it did occur, I was assaulted. I am still undergoing treatment for that battery with physical therapy and a hand specialist so things are still ongoing with that,’ dailystar.co.uk quoted Holland as saying.

When asked if she thinks it is fair to drop the charges, Holland said: ‘No. In my opinion, I don’t believe it’s fair… There was a battery that was committed. Is justice going to be served or not served because of who the individual is or who the victim is, or isn’t? I was disappointed but I wasn’t surprised.’
