London, Sep 2 (IANS) Actress Eva Longoria will receive Variety magazine’s Power of Women honour.
The actress will join fellow honourees Lea Michele, Annette Bening, Oliva Wilde and Stacey Snider, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
‘The goal of Variety’s Power of Women is to give voice to the philanthropic and charitable causes closest to our Lifetime impact Honourees’ hearts and to utilise the influence of the entertainment community to generate momentum for these same causes,’ said Michelle Sobrino-Stearns, Variety’ vice president and associate publisher.
The award ceremony is scheduled for Sep 23.
