Melbourne, May 25 (IANS) Pop singer Madonna is tipped to replace music mogul Simon Cowell on the reality show ‘American Idol’.
Cowell will be quitting as a judge after the finale Wednesday and ‘American Idol’ boss Simon Fuller is considering Madonna to fill in Cowell’s shoes, reports heraldsun.com.au.
‘Simon is going to leave a gaping hole. Not only is he an expert, he’s also a big star in the US. Everyone agrees Madonna would be great and they want her as a full-time judge. But if that fails, they’d at least like her as a mentor,’ said a source.
