London, March 30 (IANS) Bolton Wanderers midfielder Fabrice Muamba posted his first picture on Twitter Friday since his dramatic collapse in the FA Cup fixture against Tottenham Hotspurs.
The 23-year-old suffered a cardiac arrest March 18 and spent two days in medically-induced coma at the London Chest Hospital.
The picture shows a smiling Muamba on his hospital bed. The picture was posted on the midfielder’s behalf on his page on the social networking site, ESPN soccernet reported.
The accompanying message read: “Fab wanted me to post this pic for you all and to also say thank you for such overwhelming support.”
