Tehran, Nov 15 (IANS) Iran’s Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif Friday said if his country’s nuclear rights were not recognised in the nuclear talks with world powers, there would be no chance of success for the negotiations.

“Any agreement which does not satisfy Iran and does not recognise Iran’s (nuclear) rights and is not based on mutual respect, has no chance for success,” Zarif was quoted as saying by Mehr news agency.
Officials from Iran and the P5+1 group – Britain, China, France, Russia and the US plus Germany – will resume negotiations over Iran’s disputed nuclear programme in Geneva Nov 20 after an initial round of talks ended last week without an agreement, reported Xinhua.
Iran insists on uranium enrichment activities on its soil, while the West and Israel push for a halt to them and oxidation or shipment of its high-grade stockpile of enriched uranium abroad.
