London, Dec 31 (IANS) Comedian Russell Brand, who married Katy Perry in India in 2010, has filed for divorce from his singer wife. But he has vowed they will remain friends forever.

The couple reportedly had a ‘massive fight’ over the festive season and Brand was spotted shopping here, with his diamond wedding ring noticeably absent.
‘They had a massive fight. She was like, ‘F**k you. I’m going to do my own thing,’ and Russell said, ‘Fine, f**k you too’. Things are not good. The fighting is getting worse,’ said a source.
Even Perry was spotted without her engagement ring recently.
