Prague, April 8 (Inditop.com/RIA Novosti) Russia has proposed cooperation with the US in creating a global missile defence system, President Dmitry Medvedev said Thursday.
“We are interested in cooperating with our American partners on this issue as closely as possible,” Medvedev told a press conference in Prague after he signed a new nuclear arms reduction treaty with his US counterpart Barack Obama.
