Beijing, Jan 1 (IANS) Police in central China’s Hubei province Tuesday arrested seven people for their alleged involvement in a shooting that killed one and injured 10 Monday.
Home-made shotguns were used in the shooting in an abandoned house around 9 p.m. Monday, Xinhua quoted the public security bureau in Hubei capital Wuhan as saying.
The incident reportedly took place over a gambling dispute.
The injured were being treated in two hospitals, and most of them were out of danger.
